Payment by credit card
If you choose to pay by credit card, the amount will be deducted from your bank account at the
time of invoicing. There is therefore nothing to be paid upon receipt.
Currently accepted credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Prepaid card Postpay, Discover,
American Express, Carta Aura.
Payment via PayPal
If you already have a PayPal account and you decide to buy with this mode, after the order
confirmation you will be directed to the PayPal checkout page (secure SSL transaction) where you
simply enter your chosen login credentials at registration to PayPal to access your account. Your
order will be recorded only after the confirmation of payment on the Paypal site.

Returns & Refunds
We guide you through all the stages that make up the return process of the items you have ordered to be able to provide a simple and reliable monitoring.
Returned products cannot be changed, but only repaired or refunded.
RETURN A PRODUCT
If your order does not satisfy you, you have 10 working days from receipt of the package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products and the reason for this return.
Later, you will have 10 working days from receipt of our confirmation, to return your package. If the return is made after the expiry of this term, our Logistic office will be entitled to refuse the package and send it back to the sender.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Notify the order for which you want to return goods.
Prepare your return order.
Select a package or reuse the original packaging to send via a courier of your choice the product you want to return.
We’ll provide the address to which to send the package.
Inside the package enter: the item in its original packaging, the invoice and all that is indicated by the customer care.
For items delivered via Bartolini BRT Express Courier:
If the reason for return is caused by our mistake (article does not comply, defective item, etc.), after verification of our customer service, we will send our courier of confidence that will allow you to send back the products without paying postage.
In other cases, the costs and risks related to the products made are charged to the customer.
THE MODE OF REFUND
Refund will be made within 2 to 8 days, depending on the payment used. Credit Card and PayPal take generally 24h, upon product receival and verification of the logistic dpt.
If you used a deferred debit card, the refund will be made by the end of the current month. In cases where the reimbursement times may be long, you should contact your bank.
If your order has been confirmed with the help of vouchers, these will be returned automatically. In any case, the refund to your bank account will take precedence over the vouchers, the latter will be returned to you at a later time, to complete the refund amount.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
CANCEL AN ORDER
You can proceed with the cancellation of one of your orders via phone, contacting customer care at info@seeoo.eu within 24 hours of ordering communicant the order you want to cancel.
The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and an e-mail confirmation will be sent immediately.
RETURN AN ORDER
It has 10 working days from receipt of your package, to inform us of your intention to send back one or more products, plus 10 more working days after confirmation from us to send back your package. If the return is made after this deadline, the package will be refused and returned to sender.
Modes and shipping costs
Your orders are delivered by courier services in Italy, in Europe and outside Europe.
Delivery time in Italy is between 2 and 4 work days.
In Europe, the delivery time is approximately between 5 and 10 work days.
Outside Europe delivery times are above 10 work days.
Shipping is free if a purchase is made over a certain amount, which may vary depending on the country and/or at certain times of the year through dedicated promotions. However, the costs are made visible during checkout and before going to the payment page.
The goods will be delivered while stocks last. You will receive communication to exchange your purchase or the procedures for refund if the product required is out of stock.

– All purchases under 249 euro require a 25 euro courier fee
We warn our customers that, for shipments made to Brazil, UK, Switzerland and Turkey, Overal srl is not responsible for any customs charges required for customs clearance of the goods: these costs are charged to the customer.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes and other charges required by customs. Those costs will be charged to the final customer.
Only for orders coming from Russia: all items will be shipped with Italian Postal Service within 30 days and not 10 days due to an economic blockage for all private expeditions coming from abroad.
